In diesem Fachbereich geht es um die Förderung junger Menschen. Der Oberbegriff ist die Förderung der Berufswahl und Berufsausbildung.

Sie lernen die Besonderheiten zum Vergabeverfahren und zu den Anforderungen in der Trägerzulassung. 

Es ist ein Kurs, der für die Neuzulassung nützlich ist, zur Fortbildung, aber auch zur Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter.
